This is how most of our placement’s work. We hire the people you need and employ them. You direct them on site. We carry everything that comes with employing people here, for Algerian and expatriate staff alike: contracts, registration and declarations, payroll and tax, leave and end-of-service settlements. Contracts, HR and administration are ours, so none of it lands on your team.
The profiles we provide
We work across upstream and downstream, in every phase of an oil and gas project, and we provide the people to staff it. In the field: engineers, technicians, operators, HSE officers and supervisors. In the office: document controllers, planners, schedulers, buyers, expeditors, contract administrators, office managers and administrative assistants. Most delays in Algeria have nothing to do with the job itself. A permit that hasn't cleared, a visa that expired, a crew waiting on transport. We manage all of it, and we stay ahead of it.
Visas, work permits and personnel mobility
We handle business visas, work permits, residency cards and renewals from application to expiry, and track every date so nothing lapses while your people are on site.
Logistics, transport and accommodation
We plan travel and rotations for your international staff and we arrange airport transfers, travel to the south, vetted drivers and hotel accommodation.

Skills are the part of local content you can't shortcut. We build training around your own procedures and standards, not generic course material, and deliver it to Algerian teams in the field and in the office.
Technical and operational skills training
We deliver practical training for technicians, operators and supervisors, in Arabic, French or English. We train and report against your competency matrix where you have one.
HSE training: health, safety, environment and compliance
We provide inductions, permit to work, toolbox talks and incident reporting training, with records kept for every session.
